 Overview:

The Associate Director, Project Management will have superior organizational skills and time management skills as s/he will be expected to manage the deliverables and scope all of our existing client work. In this role, you will be helping lead project management processes across companywide channels. This person must also possess a service-oriented, positive attitude towards clients and colleagues, coupled with an appreciation of business realities and achieving deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure departmental achievement of goals regarding successfully campaign completion, product quality, on time delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Serve as trusted voice of the client by assimilating marketplace insights into the development of creative strategies and innovating digital campaigns
  • Use analysis to drive decisions in a way that yields measurable results
  • Demonstrated leadership, planning, management, organizational, and supervisory skills
  • Very detailed oriented to ensure all work is client-ready
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to plan for short and long term goals
  • Works closely with agency’s Finance Team on billing and reconciling fees
  • Assimilates and dives right into new pieces of business quickly while executing seamlessly
  • Develop potential for new platform/defining work
  • Creates visibility & transparency into the progress of the project at multiple stakeholder levels on a regular basis
  • Anticipate client questions and provide thought out answers/solutions
  • Identifies and employs lessons learned from previous experience to ensure delivery of each subsequent project is more successful than the last
  • Ability to understand complex ideas/problems and articulate to clients
  • Willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to delight the client and deliver excellent service
  • Able to sell and present work in conjunction with Sales and Marketing team
  • Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience  – preferably online advertising, direct marketing, or e-commerce industries
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Exceptional research, analytic, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • High competency level in Project, PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strategic thinker with proven consulting skills
  • Extremely ambitious and hard working
  • Results driven and detailed oriented
  • Strategic and creative thinking – always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions
  • Self-motivated
  • PMP certified strongly preferred
