As the e-Discovery industry continues to expand, Relativity believes it is well positioned to be the most innovative and reliable e-Discovery software tool available. One of our top priorities is to ensure that the market knows about our software. The Associate Enterprise Sales Intern will provide a wonderful opportunity for an aspiring individual looking to begin a business development career with a fast-paced dynamic software company that is continuously relied upon by law firms, corporate business and government entities.

 

This position will focus primarily on assisting the Enterprise Sales team in a variety of areas all contributing to the growth and support of Relativity Enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Activities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team to devise sales support strategy for enterprise clients
  • Prepare post presentation follow up materials
  • Respond to client questions/requests
  • Become a Relativity expert, and learn to clearly communicate solutions to current and/or prospective clients from within the application
  • Become expert in competitive technologies and where they stand in price and placement within theElectronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) spectrum.
  • Learn, master and improve upon, the Relativity demo
  • Prepare enterprise agreements for Enterprise Account Managers
  • Assist in the answering of RFPs
  • Develop sales, marketing, and project management tools to assist the channel in the marketplace
  • Participate with Account Managers on client calls
  • Potentially travel with Account Managers to visit and participate with Enterprise clients
Qualifications
  • Current student, pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or related area of study
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • A high level of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Technical background a plus
  • Team player
  • Strong presentation skills
