Associate Partnership Manager
Reporting to the Partnership Manager, this role is instrumental in helping to launch and manage our National Enterprise Product, through operations and account management of a portfolio of National Accounts as well as Mall Partnerships.
Program Onboarding and Execution
Liaisons with Operations to ensure launch and management is seamless – day to day project management required
Assist Partnership Manager in execution of launching new partnerships
Manages client testing and onboarding process as well as third party partnerships through training, scheduling, budget management and billing
Supports overall offer campaign strategy, objectives, expectations, program details, KPIs, associated results and campaign optimization
Create and edit training materials for client, working with creative team and other SBUs as necessary
Client Management
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of client’s business (e.g. brand, consumer, competition, category) and strategies, advertising trends and best practices as well understands and manages Spring’s Mall partnerships
Assists Partnership Manager in compiling and organizing information for client presentations, managing
Team Building
Works collaboratively and professionally across Spring departments to foster good working relationships, communicate information and facilitate the information flow to make projects successful.
Takes on a proactive role in solving business and client problems
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
Preferred: relevant work or internship experience in campaign activations,/operations and/or account management within an agency/media and/or digital environment
Strong critical thinking skills
Good problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time and project management skills.
