WHO ARE YOU
You are an all-in-one video production house with a strong ability to help us visually tell our brand story. You’ll work closely with our internal departments, external organizations, and clients to craft video content that drives impact and action. As the creative leader of our internal content development, it’s essential that you have a strong grasp on every step of the production process - from pre-production and scripting, to videography and audio, to editing and motion graphics.
You have a passion for bringing the Outcome Health voice to life and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience working with a corporate marketing team to develop a comprehensive suite of branded content is a huge plus. You understand that media can be used to serve a greater purpose and you’re comfortable taking creative ownership of this responsibility.
- 1-3 years of end-to-end professional video content creation experience
- Ability to produce tailored segments across multiple platforms and for varied audiences
- Strong ability to work under tight deadlines with limited external input and/or direction
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere and After Effects) or comparable platform
- Sincere passion for driving tangible outcomes
