Associate Product Manager

ParkWhiz is seeking an Associate Product Manager to grow its industry leading position in the eParking market. ParkWhiz is on the verge of becoming a large consumer brand and this is an opportunity to shape the way the world sees the service. This position is part of the product team and will have considerable influence in how the company creates impactful and engaging experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Ownership of strategic projects, from concept to rollout.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer experience, account management, sales, and product team at -different levels to build new products/features that speak directly to the ParkWhiz audience.
  • Perform quality testing of the product prior to new product releases.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and improve the product over time
  • Creation & management of user stories that clearly communicate detailed functionality and architecture.
  • Assist with the creation of wireframes that clearly convey product features and functionality to a product designer.
  • Communicate product requirements to developers and assist with the management of the development process.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on any required product rollout training and marketing materials.
Qualifications
  • Ability to assess and breakdown high level concepts into actionable projects.
  • A growth mindset and natural curiosity to understand user needs.
  • Ability to rapidly produce great results, independently manage and prioritize work effectively, and proactively escalate workload conflicts.
  • Proven self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment with short feedback loops.
  • Ability to influence across an organization without formal authority.
  • 1-2 years experience in product development, can work effectively within agile frameworks and understands how to deliver clear requirements to a development team.
  • A strong sense of urgency and drive.
  • Strong written and verbal skills. Able to clearly tell a story and how it serves the customer.
