Associate Product Manager

What might you find yourself doing here?
- Assist in defining the goals, features, and roadmap for our suite of mobile, web, back office, and partner-facing products.
- Partner with, and sometimes lead UX Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales teams to define product requirements.
- Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions for our increasingly complex product, UX, and UI challenges
- Prepare documentation of product features, procedures, and processes as well as assist with training on new features.
- Perform user acceptance testing of features. Triage, research, and prioritize any features or bugs.
- Coordinate and execute growth optimizations that will maximize product performance.
- Report on and analyze product performance to produce insights from tests and user behavior.
- Take calculated, intelligent risks to push the envelope. Learn from these risks in both failure and success to push yourself, the product, and the business forward.
- Constantly drive toward clarity and delivery with a mastery of disambiguation and simplification.
The skills we're looking for:
- A natural at working within a collaborative, agile development team with a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Working knowledge of, or desire to master data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, RJMetrics, or whatever else is thrown your way.
- Relentless desire for innovation, prioritized with business needs, and customer expectations.
- The grittiness and resolve to overcome difficult challenges with aplomb.
- Consumer ecommerce experience is important, but if you can demonstrate how your experience is portable, let’s talk.
- A grasp of the current state of digital technologies and consumer trends with a thirst to learn more.
- 1-3 years of digital product management or operations experience, preferably including mobile web and native apps.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or applicable experience and technical acumen.
