About the Opportunity:
- We are looking for a super organized, confident Project Manager/ Associate Producer to help lead and manage the process for the internal marketing creative team at Grubhub. This person will help manage the creatives team projects from inception through execution, and help maintain a creative rhythm and efficient workflow. In addition to project management, they will associate produce on a variety of content projects across many media channels. Looking for the right person to learn and grow on this fun creative production team.
- Responsible for the management of timelines and on-schedule delivery for creative projects
- Responsible for the day-to-day process of creative and interactive projects.Maintains creative and production deliverables by coordinating requests and working with creative resources and stakeholders
- Utilizes Opal and other management software/tools to efficiently manage and share information on the status of the pipeline of projects
- Able to understand how to scope and prioritize intelligently and push back when needed
- Identifies indicated modifications to project timelines or resource allocations based on changed priorities, policy changes, and/or resource constraints in order to ensure collaborative problem-solving
- Recommends changes in the use of resources to meet timelines for projects where indicated
- Attends cross-functional meetings to understand project objectives and requirements
- Attend and present information to stakeholders during Creative Review meetings
- Help research production vendors
- Coordinate content production (print, digital, & video) . Includes Vendor searches, creative calls, bidding, awarding and execution
- Coordinate in-house studio production. Includes production crews (shooters, sound, & post production)
- Manage the vacation schedule and tracking
- Help creative with travel coordination
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years of experience
- Agency traffic manager experience
- Knowledge of Grubhub/Seamless markets and products (preferred)
- Knowledge of the steps and timelines in marketing communications design and production.
- Expertise with Opal, MS Project and/or other project management software (Workfront, Robohead, SharePoint, workamajig, etc.).
- Proficient in spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, electronic work flow and desktop publishing software applications
- Excellent budget, time and project management skills and ability to assess and use project management/producing and calendaring tools; excellent multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications and team facilitation skills to problem-solve effectively with variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership, collaboration and negotiation skills
