Associate Strategy Director
General
•Communicate a thorough knowledge of digital and relationship marketing principles, including: database marketing, email marketing, website / marketing performance analytics, content strategy, communications planning and user experience best practices
•Demonstrated ability to lead the generation of insight-driven recommendations using various inputs (primary research, secondary research, database data), including hypotheses and analysis plan development, recommendation formulation and presentation, as well as goal setting and measurement plans for results evaluation
•Proven track record of developing and executing internal best practices and client-facing initiatives with measurable results
Personnel Management
•Clearly set expectations for all direct reports and evaluate performance based upon expectations
•Conduct timely performance appraisals of all direct reports to encourage, motivate and improve staff performance, and to guarantee consistency and uniformity in its application in accordance with agency standards
•Actively network to seek out new talent, and routinely interview candidates to add strength to the organization
•Educate and develop account management staff; coach and motivate account group leaders to effectively develop and motivate their direct reports; identify and recommend internal and external training opportunities
Skills required

•Fluency with digital paid media and search channels

Ability to:
–Develop valued relationships with senior-level client management, based upon broad knowledge of digital marketing, promotional principles and insights

–Effectively delegate and manage multiple tasks
–Demonstrate thorough knowledge of assigned product(s) and ability to provide clear direction to new business teams
–Collaborate well with other agency departments, executive management and client management

Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree in business, marketing or communications required; MBA / Masters Integrated Marketing Communications preferred
•10 or more years of digital marketing experience
•At least 2 years of supervisory experience
