What You'll Do

  • Build and iterate thoughtful product messaging & positioning, value props, and go-to-market programs for sales teams.
  • Partner with cross functional partners to develop and execute product positioning and messaging that differentiates TC’s products in the market.
  • Market intelligence - be the experts on your buyers.
  • KPI’s - develop scorecards and a robust set of metrics to understand the health of sales channels
  • Ensuring sales is highly engaged in the marketing programs, communicated with, and inputting into how we are approaching our plans.
  • Designing and executing effective marketing programs leveraging web, email and social media, including behavioral metrics.
  • After launch, collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive product adoption among target segments.

Who You Are

  • You’re a born storyteller - you have excellent communication skills and love nailing the story on stage and on calls
  • You can manage a project from start to finish. You know how to manage the details needed to get from strategy to execution
  • Ability to support and define market strategies for multiple sales channels
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proven track record of working in metrics-driven environment
  • High degree of drive, energy, accountability and initiative
  • Bring a fun, creative energy to work every day
  • 5+ years working in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or similar go-to-market experience
