Business Administrator

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the Co-Founders by providing various types of administrative support, work on an array of projects within the organization as teams need additional help and be responsible for the overall office presence to ensure a professional and tidy environment for our employees and guests. The key areas of our business this role will focus are:
- Provide administrative support to our Executive team: This could include, but is not limited to, managing their calendars, booking travel arrangements and preparing presentations and other documents.
- Support general business projects: There are lots of opportunities to support various teams administratively, whether it’s putting together a presentation, helping organize office events or helping to schedule candidate interviews. Having a can do attitude, being open to learning new skills and being willing to wear multiple hats is key for this role.
- Maintain a professional, tidy and organized office space: This position is responsible for the overall office presence, managing relationships with various vendors, keeping office supplies stocked, along with managing our reception area.

Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a business administrator role and/or previous experience supporting executive level employees
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- A positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to stay ahead of others with proactive problem-solving
