Responsibilities
Collect data across our product, users, employees, customers, sales, and external sources
Identify and interpret patterns and trends to transform data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions
Collaborate with members across our product, content, and customer success teams to incorporate qualitative data and input into potential solutions
Make recommendations on product strategy and drive implementation activities
Develop financial models and reports for executive level reporting
Locate and define process improvement opportunities
Requirements
Analytical Skills: The ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
Technical skills: Expertise using Microsoft Excel (using v-lookups, macros, and formulas with embedded “if" statements) and various business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Communication Skills: The ability to write and speak clearly and easily communicate complex ideas in easy to understand language.
Organization Skills: Independently manage multiple projects and large sets of data.
Critical Thinking: The ability to define and solve problems through data-driven findings and conclusions.
- Attention to Detail: An aptness for precision from data collection to analysis. Ability to sift through noisy data to find relevant conclusions.
