Job description: We are seeking an ambitious, conscientious and motivated professional to join a high producing, passionate sales team as its Business Development and Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll focus on creating, cultivating and maintaining relationships with real estate agents who act as valuable referral partners and you’ll be an essential component of the day-to-day marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop successful referral partner relationships by engaging with current referral partners and connecting with new real estate agents
• Assist with scheduling open houses, preparing listing sheets and creating postcards
• Manage current employer relationships and create relationships with new companies for increased referral opportunities.
• Seek out innovative ways to increase brand awareness
• Manage social media accounts
• Prepare, plan and attend events to distribute giveaways, collect data, setup and teardown
• Maintain and update internal databases
• Track and submit expense reports
• Other administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Creative, driven, organized, personable and self-sufficient
• A few years of sales experience is a plus but not necessary
• Proficient in Excel (database formatting), Word (mail merges) and PowerPoint
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Capable of excelling under the pressure of deadlines and helping your team stay on track
