Business Development Consultant
It is an exciting time at Hireology and the Business Development Consultant position is critical to our future growth in the Franchise vertical. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our growing team. This is a business development role responsible for establishing and managing relationships with Franchisors, specifically focusing on establishing strong partnerships with Franchisors. The successful establishment, development, and management of these relationships will fuel the Hireology Franchise sales strategy.
Responsibilities
- Research and qualify potential opportunities with Franchisors
- Own and drive full sales cycle, from prospecting to partnership arrangements
- Manage high level and deep ongoing relationship with Franchisors to ensure successful partnership
- Create a strong working partnership with Franchise Account Executives to increase adoption within the franchise systems
- Strategically build strong pipeline of potential opportunities to ensure quota in consistently met
- Consistently exceed sales objectives and quotas (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Conduct compelling and engaging product demonstrations via web or in-person
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures for different package offerings
- Attend trade shows and conferences to represent the Hireology brand.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of B2B business development or sales experience required, SaaS experience preferred, experience with Franchise Systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Salesforce.com experience a plus
- Highly motivated, driven, self starter
- Must have a business development mentality, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships
