G2 Crowd is in need of a Business Development Manager to coach our junior sales reps, hire and train top performers, and improve current team processes. This individual should have experience training and leading a team of business development reps who consistently exceeded quotas. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the VP and Director of Sales to improve the sales process and generate revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of business development reps 
  • Track and motivate the team to exceed individual and team quotas 
  • Streamline and improve the business development and lead qualification process, implement new strategies and procedures to generate revenue 
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline 
  • Develop and implement a high-performance training plan and tiered earning system to grow top sales talent 
  • Report on activity and lead team meetings 
  • Collaborate with other teams on lead generation, targeted accounts, forecasting, and process development

  • You can command a presentation and lead a large meeting

  • Start-up experience a plus
