Quarterly incentive payments based on performance
Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by finding and engaging qualified prospects via phone and email
Connect with and quickly develop relationships with key contacts at prospects
Collaborating with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion
Build a pipeline and execute on early stages of the sales process
Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory
Evangelize SteelBrick and our cloud-based software solution
Achieve quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business
Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or pending graduate with strong academic record
Interest and aptitude in software sales
1 year business experience or equivalent such as internships
Some technical background/classes in software or technology
Experience with inside sales, prospecting, or equivalent
Excellent written/verbal communication skill
Strong problem solving skills
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
Good time management with strong organizational skills
Experience using Salesforce CRM
