The team you would join:

DialogTech is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will coordinate project work for teams across the organization and our customer base. Ideally, you have been here before - you have the ability to understand, define, develop and document business processes and procedures for the DialogTech business operations. In this unique role, you will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with the management team from each department to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is well defined and on schedule.

As a member of our team, you will: 

• Establish project scope by gathering input from stakeholders and validating business requirements
• Plan and execute project requirements, schedule, activities, etc., to keep internal teams and projects on schedule
• Build and maintain strong, consultative, and positive relationships between distributed groups and departments
• Establish and balance priorities and activities between many simultaneously progressing projects
• Troubleshoot, track and escalate project issues, as needed; manage issues to a timely resolution
• Prepare, maintain, and communicate project schedules, documentation, and status to all parties, up to and including Executive Management
• Ensure established success criteria have been met within timeline and budget
• Document implementation activities in a consistent manner that can result in repeatable processes and determine expected timelines and level of effort

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• You are smart, self confident, quick on your feet, and an exceptional communicator
• 3+ years in a business process Project Management role or similar capacity
• BA/BS/Undergraduate required
• Experience with SaaS and subscription delivery models
• Experience at a digital marketing or digital advertising company, a plus
• Expert knowledge in project management principles and consistent track record of delivering business process projects on time and on budget
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of teams and to lead multiple projects at a time
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
