Overview

The Campus Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of campus recruiting including: coordinating recruiting activities, establishing relationships with campus career offices, clubs and faculty, and building relationships with internal clients. The Campus Recruiter is responsible entry level hiring, managing the internship program, university relations, and partnering with employer brand specialist to help build employer brand on campus and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Directs and coordinates campus recruiting activities such as, candidate phone screens, on campus interviews, on-site interviewing and other administrative details for campus recruiting.
  • Develop and participate in all activities such as presentations, career fairs, office and campus interviews, "sell" receptions/dinners/weekends.
  • Create and deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Act as a kCura brand advocate on campus and beyond by participating in career fairs, info sessions, networking events, via social media and beyond.
  • Build campus ambassadors from our internal alumni and team members.
  • Partner with Directors and senior leaders to educate them on the campus strategy and work with them to improve it.
  • Evaluate university relationships, programs, and use that data to inform the overall campus strategy.
  • Creatively to engage students and build the kCura brand.
  • Ensures accuracy of data within the applicant tracking system.
  • Records, updates and analyzes all recruiting data for campus initiatives. Work with team and Manager to capture ROI from campus recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ campus recruiting (or related) experience
  • Proven passion for customer service
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Willing to work non-standard work hours
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
