Campus Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all components of Belvedere Trading’s On-Campus Strategy
- Manage the firm’s intern and extern program
- Responsible for supporting all recruiting functions- from start to finish
- Support and implement recruiting goals and policies
- Post positions on campus job boards and other external sites
- Manage preparation for in-office interview dates
- Track and enter candidate data and deliver projects as needed
- Source and build recruiting pipelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of expertise as a Recruiting or HR Coordinator, campus recruiting a plus
- Desire to travel during peak campus recruitment periods (January-February and September-October)
- Exceptional time management, multi-project management and overall task prioritization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to speak in front of large audiences
- Desire to expand current recruiting skill-set
- Must have outstanding communication skills (oral and written)
- Extra Credit: experience in the financial services industry or tech industry
- Extra Extra Credit: Ability to have a little fun at work
