As Enova’s Campus Recruiting Program Manager, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running in planning and executing our company wide campus recruiting program that supports all major hiring teams. You’ll be charged with end-to-end re-evaluation of the existing program, including all University partnerships, branding strategies and the Enova U intern program, and will develop a renewed strategy that supports Enova’s long-term hiring vision.
As our key point of contact for all University relations, the Campus Recruiter will also develop and maintain strong relationships with University faculty and student groups, coordinate and plan recruiting activities and events, and own all campus candidate relationships from initial point of contact through completion of the offer stage. This means you’ll be a high touch point of contact for hundreds of students every year, providing each and every candidate with an exceptional experience.
This role will require you to act as a true business partner across a multitude of hiring groups, and that you learn the ins and outs of Enova’s resource needs. To be successful, it will be critical that you be self-driven, organized, inquisitive, highly motivated, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Throughout peak Campus Recruiting season (September – November), you may be traveling up to 90% of the time.
You’re right for this job if:
- You have 3-5+ years of full-time campus recruiting experience
- You have successfully led the campus recruiting program and/or functional campus program for your organization
- You’re a natural relationship builder, and ensure that every candidate has a positive and smooth recruiting experience.
- You are skilled in the art of negotiation, and comfortable managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances/declines.
- You have exceptional project management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- You communicate in a courteous, articulate, and professional manner, and know how /when to adapt your communication to fit your audience.
- You have a strong attention to detail.
- You always have a “can-do” attitude, are self-motivated, and show a “roll up my sleeves” mentality.
- You have a strong desire to succeed and get the job done well.
- You’ve obtained your Bachelor’s Degree.
