ABOUT THE ROLE:
The objective is to provide outstanding customer service to 4C’s existing and future clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the assigned Agency & Brand Direct teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and product usage.
  • Provide strategic consultation and help solve issues in a timely manner working closely with paid social advertising clients
  • Work closely with Sales on client initiatives.
  • Manage customer inquiries in-person, by phone, e-mail, and live chat.
  • Work on the setup and configuration of SaaS services for with 4C’s clients.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting directly to clients.
  • Message internally on potential service enhancements to Development and Product Management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • BS/BA preferred in a field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications. 
  • 2-3 years of Ad Operations or Client Support in the field of Programmatic Advertising.
  • Working knowledge of agency operations and digital media buying. Activation experience with paid social advertising strongly preferred. How Broadcast TV is planned and bought in any or all of the following: news, entertainment, advertising, and/or sports a plus.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and SFDC applications.
  • Customer-focused, team-oriented, industrious, ambitious, organized, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Be action and results oriented. 
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to form deep relationships with clients.
  • Fluency in French is a plus
