WHO WE NEED

The Implementation Team is the cover of the book by which our services are judged! First impressions do matter, especially for a company that prides itself on providing white-glove service to its members. This team of specialists is responsible for creating the most timely, efficient and positive implementation process once a new member signs up to install our products in their physician practice waiting room and/or exam room(s). The Implementation Specialist collaborates with multiple internal teams such as Logistics, Solutions Deployment, Media, Sales Consultants and Member Solutions (Account Management) to ensure a smooth and accurate product installation process.

At the completion of the installation, the Implementation Specialist hands off the relationship to a dedicated Member Solutions Executive for the ongoing servicing and relationship. This position requires extensive phone interaction, outstanding customer service skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple teams. ContextMedia is always looking for creative solutions to provide to our members and we need team players who are self-driven, organized and thrive off a fast-pace work environment. The Implementation Specialist owns a crucial role as each new member’s experience begins here.
