As a Client Services Consultant Intern, you will work as part of a team focused on implementing Textura’s software solutions. You will deliver industry-leading customer service, support, and training to subcontractors, general contractors, architects, owners and developers. You will work alongside our Consultants to build relationships with our clients over the phone and in person. You will gain valuable industry experience and learn first-hand what it takes to successfully implement Textura’s full suite of construction collaboration solutions. We are looking for individuals that are interested in learning our solutions and growing their career at Textura!
Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Consultant team with the implementation of the Textura solutions for both new and existing clients.
  •  Respond to support calls and emails, and work with customers to fully understand, troubleshoot, and resolve their issues.
  • Lead web-based and on-site training for both new and current Textura users.
  • Learn the capabilities of the Textura system and advise our customers on how to effectively use our solutions.
  • Perform internal acceptance testing on new functionality and report your results to Textura’s IT team.
  • Work with team members to identify, define, prioritize, and implement new system functionality

Experience/Education:

  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in business administration (or related)
  • Entry-level experience (1-2 years) in customer service, sales, accounting, finance, or technology
  • Professional interest in software implementation/consulting
  • Exceptional interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems under pressure
  • Interest in developing or re-engineering business processes
  • High level of comfort with computers and technology
  • A passion for great performance
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
