Our Client Services team play a key role in delivering that mission by empowering our clients with the skills and knowledge to run an amazing data room.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Services Executive is a front-line role responsible for ensuring that every ansarada client achieves success. This team-based role empowers our users through high impact phone-based training and proactive service delivery to ensure the full features and benefits of the product are fully utilized. The Client Services Executive is fastidious about detail, passionate about service and open-minded when looking to resolve client issues.

WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER

• You'll use our awesome technology and systems to impress, serve and train our clients.
• You'll provide proactive and tailored support to every user.
• You'll be a data room expert who can advise on every stage of data room usage.
• You'll harvest referrals, updates and enquiries to support our Sales people.
• You'll demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
• You'll work closely with Sales to provide a seamless client experience.
• You'll partner with Marketing to deliver a consistent and high impact message.
• You'll inspire our Design and Development team with ideas and client feedback.
• Available to perform weekend on-call work on a rotation basis
