Client Services Executive

Our Client Services team plays a key role in delivering our mission by empowering our clients with the skills and knowledge to run an amazing data room.
We are looking to hire a new Client Services team member, to support our customers who are using our cloud based software product. If you like what you read here and would thrive in a company culture that's innovative, transparent, supportive and passionate, we would love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every ansarada customer achieves success. It is a team-based role which empowers our data room users through high impact phone-based training and dedicated service delivery to ensure that all features and benefits of the product are fully utilised.

- Use our awesome technology and systems to impress, serve and train our clients
- Provide dedicated and tailored support to every user
- Be a data room guide who can advise on every stage of data room usage
- Identify new leads and opportunities and connect them with the Sales team
- Work closely with Sales to provide a seamless client experience
- Partner with Marketing to deliver a consistent and high impact message
- Inform and inspire our Design and Development teams with ideas and client feedback
- Use your natural curiosity, seeking out knowledge about the industry, ansarada's competition, our customers and other external factors that impact our business.
Prior experience in a position that involves giving great customer support and experience
A passion for delivering excellent service
Extraordinary communication skills
Strong computer knowledge and understanding
Deep understanding of how teams work together through services, systems and processes
- Ability to work a roster of shifts ranging between 08:30am and 7pm Mon-Fri, and rotate weekend shifts
