Overview:

This is a great opportunity to be part of a fun, exciting, and fast-growing team! We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial individuals who willingly embrace change and new challenges.  In addition to various sales activities, you will assist the team as needed in its initiative to market, support, and further develop Textura's Pre-Qualification Management (PQM) solution. Along with these responsibilities, other duties such as assisting with training and other special projects will be assigned based on interest and initiative shown.

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects and existing clients to assist in use of technology
  • Respond to calls and emails from clients, and work with them to fully understand, troubleshoot, and resolve their needs
  • Track client calls in Salesforce
  • Report issues using a ticketing system
  • Assist your team with the implementation of the Textura solution 
  • Lead web-based and on-site training for both new and current  clients
Qualifications:
  • Ambition and desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Creative thinking to deal with and solve problems efficiently   
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed  
  • Ability to work individually and within a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years customer service/sales phone experience
  • Salesforce experience a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor's degree
