WHO ARE YOU

You are a customer-centric, problem solver with the ability to delight your clients by proactively working to understand their needs. Outcome Activators persistently work to deliver improved outcomes for all players in healthcare through our platform. The Client Success Executive (CSE) is on the front lines of these efforts. You will use data and analytics to educate health systems on initiatives to activate change. Together, the Regional Vice President (RVP) and CSE teams are responsible for the retention, adoption, and growth strategy within assigned accounts that ultimately drives impact and action. As the CSE, it’s essential that you are a self-starter who takes initiative and can fearlessly pursue new ways to enhance our service and take ownership over outcomes aligned with business objectives.

You have a passion for setting the performance bar high and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience working in Healthcare on a client facing team is a plus (5+ years). You understand how to provide world-class service for clients and have a knack for understanding their unique needs. You enjoy autonomy and taking on responsibility, but also shine when surrounded by equally ambitious, empathetic team members. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement established strategies to promote adoption of Outcome Health and make recommendations for further product activation
  • Support content/media strategy changes, trainings, and product optimization
  • Identify Hospital System leaders throughout given markets in collaboration with RVP of Key Accounts, Sales Ops, and Implementation teams
  • Partner with the RVP of Key Accounts on the Client Success Plan, Implementation Plan, and Business Reviews
  • Identify areas to promote adoption based on utilization reports and other key measurements
  • Manage day to day client requests for product and/or technical support
  • Maintain and update client information in Salesforce
  • Ability to travel to client locations as necessary- up to 25%
