Regroup Therapy is seeking a Clinician Relations Manager who will focus on onboarding, training, supporting, managing, and serving as primary point of contact for Regroup clinicians (psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and therapists located across the U.S). This work is critical to enabling Regroup clinicians to effectively deliver essential mental health care via telehealth to a broad network of health entity partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Welcome, onboard and train new clinicians (both full-time employees and contractors) joining Regroup

  • Maintain positive day-to-day relationship with clinicians as their primary point of contact

  • Deliver on a cadence of clinician engagement and communication to increase Clinician retention

  • Foster a supportive and positive professional community between Regroup clinicians

  • Prioritize and resolve clinician issues as they arise in coordination with other Regroup team members

  • Facilitate process of pairing clinicians with staffing assignments at Regroup’s health entity partners

  • Ensure timely completion of Clinician Relations tasks and administrative tasks, with support from Clinician Services Associate

  • Ensure that clinician schedule is maintained accurately to reflect time-off, holidays, and other schedule changes

  • Facilitate collection of clinician documents

  • Manage process of credentialing clinicians at one or more of Regroup’s health entity partners

  • Manage process of DEA and state licensure in one or more states

  • Assist in monthly clinician payroll process to ensure accurate and timely payment of clinicians

  • Devise and support a variety of activities designed to foster clinician delight

  • Improve Regroup’s Clinician Relations systems and processes

  • Contribute to building an exceptional and positive culture

     

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of Clinician Relations or very similar role in a demanding healthcare environment

  • Ability to independently manage relationships with and resolve issues related to physicians and therapists with all levels of experience and seniority

  • Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking skills. High performance with respect to accurate, timely task execution; strong attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; relevant graduate degree preferred

  • A strong interest in impacting the future of behavioral health in the U.S.

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and diverse groups; Independent worker, self starter

  • Exceptional computer skills with ability to pick up new applications quickly; Experience with Excel, Word, Google applications, and other internet-based software systems

  • Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit and friendly, likable personality
