We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Closer to join our innovative and passionate team. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Closing packages using Encompass and Doc Magic system.
• Review Closing Disclosure and required @ funding documents for accuracy.
• Provide funding authorization to Title/Escrow Agents.
• Experience and extensive knowledge of new TRID guidelines.
• Knowledge of State Bond programs a plus!

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a “High Volume" environment.
• Great work ethic.
• Type 45 words per minute.
• Working with Encompass software a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Mortgage Closings preparing closing packages and funding loans.
