We're looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our growing team! Your experience and attention to detail will be critical to the company in support of our ambitious growth plans. We're looking for someone who has the right mix of education, regulatory, and growth company experience, and attention to detail. Your commitment and curiosity will enable you to complete assignments and drive improvements, while working with minimal supervision. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 3 years of legal or administrative experience, in a high-volume multitasking environment; growth company experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated project management and execution skills.
  • Persistence and inquisitiveness.
  • Keen attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement and automation.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with field sales personnel, business partners, and regulators.
  • Familiarity with the features of document management systems and workflow management systems preferred.
What You'll be Doing:
  • Execute processes to establish business entities and register with state regulators, as well as contract with real estate associations and Multiple Listing Services in multiple states.
  • Establish and follow document and data organization, retention, and update policies.
  • Develop and execute processes for new registrations and renewals, including implementing a project dashboard to provide easy executive-level visibility.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure initial and ongoing compliance with state and local regulatory requirements in multiple states.
  • Work with legal counsel as necessary on state regulatory and licensing issues.
