Argyle Search Partners is disrupting the recruiting market by establishing a pipeline of experienced, top-tier professional talent for start-ups. Argyle’s unique offering targets an exclusive talent pool, as more and more management consultants eschew typical exit opportunities (e.g., business school, private equity, corporate strategy, etc.) for high-growth technology companies. With this unique approach, Argyle plays a critical role in the war for talent in Chicago, Los Angeles, Toronto, Boston, Washington D.C. and New York.
Given rapid recent growth, the Argyle Board of Directors is searching for a Connector to manage the recruiting lifecycle, help to develop and execute a talent strategy for our start-up clients, communicate directly with candidates, and coordinate with our career advisory team. This role will receive direct mentorship from the venture capital associates and the Argyle Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Lead – 60% of time
· Interact with candidates as the primary point of contact for Argyle process
· Assist in developing and pitching Argyle’s to target talent pool
· Organize and coordinate candidate introductions, interviews, follow-ups, and events
· Support client service relationships for multiple accounts through content generation
· Provide analytical support and project management for a variety of organizational initiatives
Startup Expert – 20% of time
· Become a thought leader on growing technology companies in our core markets both our clients and prospective clients
· Attend networking events and actively participating in the startup community
Venture Capital Support - 20% of time
· Work with Argyle team and venture capital team to develop a talent strategy for our startup clients at each stage of growth
