Description:

UpRight Law is looking for a driven associate attorney to directly engage with clients during important milestones to ensure that they stay on the path to a fresh financial start. As a Consumer Bankruptcy Compliance Attorney, you will apply analytical skills to ensure that various issues have been identified in relation to new client cases and that the case files are populated with adequate information for the client’s attorney to discuss all aspects of bankruptcy relief with the client.

You will be a part of the team that ensures our clients receive an amazing welcome once they retain the firm. You will act as a trusted contact to our clients, answering any specific questions they may have about our process and getting them excited about the fresh start that awaits them.  And, you will be an active participant in an amazing opportunity to innovate in the legal industry.
