Call centers are a differentiator for our business due to our proprietary closed-loop model and are viewed as a revenue generator, not just a cost center.  This role is an entry level position that will provide ongoing support to the contact center team as we are seeking additional staff to support our growing programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and enhance customer escalation process
• Responsible for tracking and logging daily call and order volume
• Coordinate new program requests from internal teams 
• Assist in developing training material for new program launches
• Support the contact center team with requests and reporting needs
• Communicate website/promotional changes to vendors
• Compile and summarize monthly monitoring feedback from outside vendors
• Log daily events and maintain consistent documentation
• Assist with new program implementation process with contact center team and vendors
• Assist in implementing automated data processes
• Contribute in call center performance analysis

Our ideal candidate has:

• A minimum 4 year College Degree Required
• 1-3 years of experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Must be a team player, with the ability to perform on an individual level
• Contact Center experience a plus
• Demonstrated listening, decision making,attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely high energy, speed, adaptability and entrepreneurial mind-set
• Energized by working in an ever-changing and fast paced environment
