Snapsheet is a mobile enterprise startup that is disrupting the outdated auto insurance claims process and turning a $120B market on its head. We have locked up contracts with top insurance carriers and are entering hyper-growth mode. We are building an elite team and looking for a Content Developer to assist in internal learning and development.

What You'll Do
We are in need of a Course Content Developer to assist in developing learning solutions. In this position, you will work on instructional design projects that use your talents in graphics, copy, and e-learning as part of a team developing instructional courses, assessments, and development tools.
The solutions that you help create will enable improved employee development, shorten the lead times to learning, increase human performance, and provide performance support at the point of need. This role will require great interpersonal skills working in a collaborative environment, requiring interaction with various business stakeholders to implement the solutions.
Essential Job Functions
- Develops engaging and instructionally sound print and web-based training tools
- Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills and works collaboratively with subject matter experts (SMEs)
- Utilizes the ADDIE model to develop engaging learning solutions
- Manages development initiatives and communicates effectively with training leadership as well as project stakeholders
- Produces course curricula in various forms to include: eLearning, simulations, instructor-led presentations, assessments, and evaluations of training programs
- Designs all aspects of the development project from concept to assessment and course evaluation
- Performs periodic maintenance on existing curricula and user documentation
- Adheres to criteria on formatting, but is not averse to recommending new strategies that increase the efficiency of training programs.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience is required.
- Strong management, time management, organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and is self-directed.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely, and to translate ideas into effective written communication.
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment and within, at times, aggressive time frames.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to plan and prioritize.
- Excellent English grammar with composition, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Tools, required.
Desired Skills
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferred.
- Experience with graphic design, preferred.
