Our company focuses on simplicity and usability to provide location-based businesses an easy way to monitor what is being said about them in online reviews. We have thousands of paying locations already and are growing every month.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our office is a collaborative, work-hard/play-hard environment. We get s**t done and have fun doing it. 

This is paid position. College credit available.

5 key tasks our Content Marketing Intern will be involved with are:

  1. Regularly ideate, create, and post interesting/attention grabbing media for social platforms and public relation efforts. This is an opportunity to attach your name to an established brand, and add content to your online portfolio. 
  2. Assist in creating and proofreading compelling content and assets, including generating, and optimizing, blogs, websites and landing pages. We're proud of the content we create, and quality is the number 1 priority. 
  3. Work through outdated content to update, optimize and republish while following strict criteria. We have numerous past projects which require time and effort to polish and refine to updated quality guidelines.
  4. Implement new tools and processes for effective creation and measurement of content. We welcome all new ideas, and will allow your voice to be heard.
  5. Be a ReviewTrackers Ambassador through owning our product and spreading the word. While this isn't a full time position, you will still represent our brand is all areas of your professional and personal presentation. Your attitude towards marketing should reflect this. 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Confident, driven, and competitive
  • Willing to constantly learn, improve, and adapt quickly
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Able to conduct independent research and follow style guides without much oversight 
  • Current university student or recent graduate with a focus on Web Marketing.
  • Ability to commit to three month internship program, working at least 20 hours a week. Schedule negotiable.

  • Dress codes and punching a time clock are a thing of the past here! We’ve replaced the standard suit and tie with a hoodie and jeans. Also, you will enjoy a work schedule that allows for flexibility if necessary.

There is never a quiet moment in this office as our sales team is always hard at work busting out calls, or 90’s Pop Pandora station is occupying the quiet gaps!
  • Food and drinks provided to nurture those creative juices. Our kitchen has a constant flow of new, healthy - and not so healthy - snack foods.
  • Easy access to public transit. The Blue and Green ‘L’ lines are just a hop, skip, and a jump away along with the Halsted bus. The Grand Bus is practically at our front door and street parking is easy if that’s your jam.

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
