The Mx Group is looking to grow its roster of freelance front end developers — and we want you to join us! As a contract email developer, you’ll work on a project-by-project basis to supplement our in-house team.

After receiving on-site training, you’ll be responsible for coding direct response emails for our clients. Working largely from pre-designed templates, you’ll use our marketing automation platform to create emails that display accurately and effectively across email clients and devices. And when similar projects come up in the future, you’ll be the first person we call.

• Prior experience developing and testing email code across multiple clients
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Responsive development experience a plus
• Experience with marketing automation systems (Marketo, HubSpot, Silverpop, Eloqua) a plus
• An outgoing, enthusiastic communicator
• Eager to learn and ask questions
• Highly detail-oriented
• Able to exercise good design judgment
• On-site availability is required for initial training, highly desired afterward
