Performance Objectives:

 

  • Review of SOWs, Amendments (including Renewals), Interagency Agreements, and Master Service Agreements (MSA) specific to ARM Clients, Performics MAM Unit, and Performics Ventures
    • Review incoming MSA terms for existing ARM, Performics MAM Unit, and Performics Ventures Clients to flag any terms that are outside of Performics best practices for MSAs
    • First point of contact for contract reviews submitted by client teams for Performics MAM Unit and Performics Ventures
    • Work with ARM agency department leads to ensure that SOWs for ARM clients accurately reflect the correct services that Performics will provide and revenue that Performics will receive
    • Work with ARM agency department leads to draft and review Interagency Agreements, if necessary
    • Validate contracts have been completed accurately
    • Review contract for possible concerns and follow up with the appropriate party
    • Create necessary compare documents and review redlines
    • Identify follow up items and clearly outline within documents
    • Identify next steps for contract review process
  • Develop Process Flow Documents
    • Work with business/finance/legal/operations as well as ARM agencies to document process flow for contract reviews to ensure that Performics best practices are being followed
    • SOW Review Process
    • MSA Review Process (including internal “checklist”)
    • NDA Review Process
  • Identify Process Improvements
    • Proactively question processes and procedures and implement change to gain efficiencies and streamline workflows
    • Consistently work to identify improvements to the contract templates and work with operations/finance/legal and ARM agencies to update as necessary
  • Contract Status
    • Consistently and effectively communicate ETA and next steps to all parties involved
    • Maintain log of outstanding contracts and status

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 2-4 years of related experience in contracts and/or contract procurement
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and experience proofreading, reviewing, revising contractual language
  • Experience working with legal documents and contracts; paralegal experience preferred
  • Advanced operational proficiency in MS Word – redline, track changes, compare, comments, etc.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with multiple levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and follow through for “owned” work
  • Accountability and flexibility
  • Develop strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with diverse groups agency-wide
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Maintain positive team player attitude
  • Show judgment on when to elevate issues/requests and when to resolve independently
  • Media/Advertising/Technology industry experience is a plus, but not a requirement

An ideal candidate will be extremely organized, detail oriented, articulate, collaborative, able to easily proofread and edit contractual language, and possess advanced operational proficiency in MS Word. This role works across all departments within Performics and other Publicis Media agencies to ensure that the client contracts accurately represent the services to be provided/received and cover all potential risk areas sufficiently. Performics operates in a fast paced and changing digital marketing landscape and the challenge is to conceptually capture the business services to ensure that the written contractual agreements properly reflect the reality of the business. There is a high volume of activity with current and new clients. Efficiency comes from standardization where possible and ability to quickly adapt to new developments in the market as they change the course of the business.
