DialogTech is looking for a Contracts Coordinator who will be responsible for drafting commercial sales and related agreements, maintaining and organizing agreements, and negotiating basic terms of the agreements. In this role, you will own managing a large volume of inbound and outbound contracts and work closely with Sales to guide contracts through the pricing, review, negotiation and signing processes to ensure quick turnaround of agreements. While you will work within the Finance & Legal departments, there will be significant interaction with the Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams.

You will be successful in this role if you can:

  • Facilitate the development, review, approval and execution of service orders, master service agreements, statements of work, amendments, etc.
  • Work with Sales on pricing to ensure appropriate margins on deals before they are presented to customers
  • Act as the key point of contact for all inquiries related to contracts from internal teams, including fielding and responding to inquiries, and engaging in various analytical tasks associated with DialogTech’s contract processes
  • Manage and update DialogTech’s contracts management system (Salesforce) and ensure all contracts are integrated into Salesforce along with all appropriate meta-data
  • Assist with the development, implementation, maintenance and delivery of contracting materials, policies and procedures to key stakeholders
  • Develop contract negotiation playbooks and clause libraries to meet business requirements, comply with company policies, mitigate risk, and establish team-wide consistency in contract negotiations
  • Assist, educate and train our sales team with respect to DialogTech’s commercial contracting tools and processes to ensure efficient and timely turnaround of contracts
  • Identify business and legal risks and determine how to minimize and otherwise address such risks, while balancing business interests
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports
  • Perform contract interpretation and resolve post-execution contract related issues/disputes as needed

The skills and experience you will need for success are:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1 to 2 years working with commercial agreements in a small to mid-size organization
  • Basic knowledge of terms and conditions in commercial contracts; familiarity with commercial contract law and principles; skilled at reviewing terms & conditions and identifying risk areas
  • Ability to take ownership of the contract process, develop and implement standard operating procedures for contracts administration and recommend and implement improvements where appropriate
  • Ability to prioritize, learn quickly, problem solve and make persuasive arguments as well as be a self-starter and work independently to meet short term deadlines in a dynamic, challenging environment with minimal supervision
  • Desire to establish and drive collaborative relationships with all key teams
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Experience with Salesforce as a contracts management system; DocuSign; Excel
  • Prior experience with a technology/SaaS company a plus
  • A deep understanding of DialogTech’s business and services
