Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Corporate Management Team to lead a newly established corporate field sales executive team
Train, coach, motivate and manage a team of sales executives to improve individual results
Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiencies with processes, tools, product offerings and employee development
Build out a strategic plan to win the Corporate opportunity in market
Coordinate new market launches across the country
Recruit, hire, develop, educate and build a high energy sales team
You Should Have
Requirements
Have a coach’s mentality: you love helping others succeed and strive at pushing your team to its fullest potential
Experience in developing processes, commission planning, meeting deadlines, paying attention to detail while remaining organized
Possess an analytical, data driven mindset
Experience working in a metrics/data-driven environment
Experience with working in a high activity, high volume environment
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple internal groups
Have a strong understanding of Salesforce, Excel and Tableau
Have 3-5 years of Management Experience
Bachelor’s degree
