Corporate Recruiter
As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be expected to hit the ground running in full-cycle recruitment. You’ll be expected to review incoming applications as well as use innovative recruiting techniques to hunt for passive talent. You will work in one of our cross-functional Corporate Recruiting roles, filling positions across the organization in various departments such as Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and our People team.
Responsibilities:
Filling critical business positions with high performers, in a timely fashion.
Supporting Enova as an Employer of Choice by driving a positive candidate experience and being a brand ambassador (both online and offline).
Partnering and advising hiring teams to drive a sound recruiting process focused on quality hiring.
Staying on top of the Chicago job market and recruiting industry trends.
Requirements:
You have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in both Staffing/Search Firm and Corporate environments.
Unique and niche job openings excite you, and you have proven results identifying passive candidates in a timely manner via creative recruiting strategies.
You’re a natural relationship builder, and ensure that every candidate has a positive and smooth recruiting experience.
You are skilled in the art of negotiation, and comfortable managing the entire offer process; including salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptances/declines.
You’ve obtained your Bachelor’s Degree.
