We are seeking a Tax Manager to join our Global Tax Compliance Function.  This position offers the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of projects and to interact with individuals across the entire organization.  The tax manager will support the domestic and international income tax compliance and planning processes, with a focus on state income tax.

The ideal candidate must be capable of managing a team while reviewing difficult calculations specific to technology companies, be able to collaborate with people throughout all parts of the organization, and have a desire to grow in both domestic and international tax.  

Key Objectives:  

• Manage the state income tax compliance and planning processes, including research and analysis of key tax issues and leading tax audits.
• Assist with global corporate compliance and tax audits.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and career and skill development opportunities for the team.
• Build strong connections across all departments, including but not limited to accounting, finance, HR, corporate development and legal.
• Support domestic and international tax planning projects, including structuring, acquisitions, and divestitures.

 Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate income tax experience.
• Experience in the technology industry sector a plus.
• Solid understanding of state income tax.
• Previous experience managing a team.
• Proficient with OneSource tax return software.
• Masters in Tax, LLM or JD.
• CPA preferred.
