Functions and Responsibilities - Creative Optimization Director

This person is responsible for all aspects of creative optimization for top tier clients, which include but are not limited to:

- Plan, implement and execute ad creative testing on behalf of top tier clients using the AdBasis software platform

- Develop strategic roadmaps used for hitting client goals

- Manage client relationships and report on the success/findings of our tests

- Creative optimization within AdWords to drive increased performance for paid search accounts

- Help clients understand the question “Why do our ads work?”

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in related field

- 2+ years in top tier digital environment. Advertiser or agency

- AdWords experience and deep knowledge is a must

- Interested in playing an integral role in building a company from the ground up

- Experience managing AdWords or Facebook ad budgets of $1M+ annually

- Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing for ads, landing pages, etc. experience analyzing datasets

- Client management and relationship management skills are a must

- Copywriting skills are a must

- Must be detail and process oriented

- Knowledge of MySQL and the ability to write simple Python and/or Ruby scripts is a plus

- Team player who is interested in more than just a 9-5 job. If you’re just interested in collecting a paycheck and going home, this isn’t for you.
