Curriculum Development and Delivery Manager
The Sales Curriculum Development and Delivery Manager will ensure the total training and development needs of the Sales Center are met. The incumbent will partner closely with the Project Implementation Director and VP of Consumer Enrollment to understand the short and long-term training needs and develop a plan to ensure the Center’s success. It is imperative that this individual partners and collaborates with the management teams throughout the Center to understand the training needs thoroughly and accurately to develop a strong needs analysis. From this analysis, the Sales Curriculum Development, and Delivery Manager will work with internal and external resources to create total learning plans for individuals at all levels within the Sales Center. The incumbent must be metric driven and able to prove the modalities and modules used have made a difference in meeting the desired results of the business units and the Sales Center as a whole.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding the training and development needs of the sales center in order to create or procure the right training modules to address specific and general needs
- Meets with outside vendors as needed to find the right products that will not only meet the training needs, but be the right fit for the organization
- Works closely with the Project Implementation Director to understand the department strategic goals and develops both short term and long-term plans to meet the needs
- Creates a budget to effectively meet the training needs in a fiscal and strategic manner
- Partners with the Sales Trainer to analyze training module and program success, the technology needed, and the preferred delivery method of the various programs and modules. Measures of success to include: conversion rate, sales, QA scores.
- Mentor to Sales Trainer, ensuring growth and development to meet the expanding needs of the Sales Center.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Additional certifications in training or management a bonus
- 5+ years experience leading a training and development initiative for an organization, preferably a Sales Center
- Able to process information in a conceptual manner and execute plans in a digital/linear way
- Proven success in partnering with management at all levels within an organization to achieve common goals and objectives
- Must have managed Training Teams successfully, ensuring their growth and development
