Customer Care Associate
Responsibilities:
Process fulfillment orders in a timely manner
Effectively and empathetically communicate with customers when inquiries about order status or issues arise
Work with vendors to ensure our fulfillment operation runs smoothly
Ensure customers are billed correctly
Assist Implementation Managers in scheduling new customer training
Some after hours and weekend work will be required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
1+ year of administrative work experience (ideally within a customer service or data/order entry environment)
Must be efficient, organized and dependable
Must be able to monitor the order queue on weekends, holidays, and after hours
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Must be extremely detail oriented and customer-centric
