Position: Customer Experience Rep

Responsibilities:

• Work with the CX Team to assist customers via telephone, helpdesk, and chat with site navigation, transaction and all other concerns

• Collaborate with the CX Team to identify and resolve persistent problem-areas

• Critically analyze customer experience in all aspects of our service and product

• Provide additional assistance to other departments as necessary

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly and personable disposition - you have a friendly, warm voice - even when times get tough!

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. you like to write & you talk good too

• Word savvy. You have exceptional writing skills and can craft everything from emails and blog posts to policies and summaries, easily adjusting your tone/voice accordingly

• Keen discernment - think Sherlock meets a Supreme Court Judge

• Tech savvy. You can simultaneously manage multiple systems, screens, and tasks

• Self motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew of users; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues

• Strong competency in Google Apps Suite

• Ability to work Saturday-Wednesday - multiple shifts available, 7-days/week
