Position: Customer Experience Rep

Responsibilities:
Work with the CX Team to assist customers via telephone, helpdesk, and chat with site navigation, transaction and all other concerns
Collaborate with the CX Team to identify and resolve persistent problem-areas
Critically analyze customer experience in all aspects of our service and product
Provide additional assistance to other departments as necessary
What we’re looking for:
Friendly and personable disposition - you have a friendly, warm voice - even when times get tough!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. you like to write & you talk good too
Word savvy. You have exceptional writing skills and can craft everything from emails and blog posts to policies and summaries, easily adjusting your tone/voice accordingly
Keen discernment - think Sherlock meets a Supreme Court Judge
Tech savvy. You can simultaneously manage multiple systems, screens, and tasks
Self motivated. You understand the impact of a highly-satisfied, excited crew of users; you are slightly obsessive-compulsive about grinding away at issues
Strong competency in Google Apps Suite
Ability to work Saturday-Wednesday - multiple shifts available, 7-days/week
