Customer Experience Specialist
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for assisting and maintaining relationships with both sides of CarAdvise’s online marketplace, which includes our network of automotive service providers and vehicle owners. Candidates must have the skills necessary to communicate with multiple parties during the quote, offer and scheduling process, as well as during the transaction. This position will work with our talented group of ASE Certified Technicians to help customers through the process. Additionally, this position will help to on-board and train shops to use our web-interface. Effective communication and organization skills are a must for this position.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Act as the primary contact for CarAdvise’s network of vehicle owners and repair shops
· Assisting customers and service providers with our technology
· Assisting the process of scheduling service, approval process stemming through the
· CarAdvise process.
· Serve as a market advocate for CarAdvise Service Providers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Must have Bachelor's degree from a four year-college or university
· 1-2 years professional experience is preferred
· Excellent written and communications skills
· Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and with a high volume of accounts. Account Management, Customer Service and Communications training a plus
· Desire to work in fast paced startup environment
