Customer Relations Analyst Description:

The ideal candidate is up for a challenge, not intimated by working with clients, and is professional and customer service oriented. The Delivery Assurance Analyst is a member of the Global Delivery Assurance PMO. The Delivery Assurance Analyst will be exposed to different aspects of the Delivery Assurance group, working in different areas throughout the assignment as described below. 

Work Areas:

• Learn about PCI, Card Processing and the TrustKeeper tool
• Support Customer Relations in achieving client satisfaction
• Respond to team members needs via email and phone conversation
• Escalate client issues to appropriate person
• Participate in Customer Relations meetings
• Document processes and procedures

Strongly Desired Experience:

• Strong written (email) communication skills
• Deadline and detail oriented
• Highly motivated and team oriented

Education:

We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.
