As a Community Success Agent, you are the front lines of Specialist communication—part human resources agent, part customer experience professional, and part technology troubleshooter.

**This is a part-time position.**

What you’ll do:

  • Assist Specialists with a variety of backgrounds, needs, and levels of technological proficiency across multiple channels of communication—phone, chat, and email
  • Investigate and resolve payroll, tech, service delivery, and policy issues by understanding and navigating a complex and changing landscape of technology platforms
  • Handle sensitive employment information with care and compliance
  • Help improve develop and improve scalable processes in order to advance Shiftgig’s mission to connect millions of workers with millions of shifts
  • Be an advocate for and champion of Shiftgig Specialists

Hours:

  • Our team offers support to our Specialists 7 days per week, from 6AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday and 8AM to 6PM on Saturdays and Sundays
  • Available shifts are: 8AM - 12PM, 5 days per week including Saturday and Sunday OR 1PM - 6PM, 4 days per week including Saturday and Sunday

  • A Master Communicator – You believe in the power of language. Your writing chops are solid and you’re a reasonably quick typist. You’re comfortable talking but understand that listening is where the real work is done
