Retain clients as Payline customers by providing efficient and accurate resolutions to issues with their credit card processing needs through email while also continually learning about the merchant processing industry.
· Responds to general support requests made by email by either an outside agent or a merchant within company stated SLA and professional manner as taught though Support Rep Manual
· Aid Level II reps in researching issues that require more in-depth and lengthy examinations
· Continues to learn about merchant processing and apply that knowledge to the overall success of the Customer Support Team
