We have part-time positions available working 24-40 hours per week. Our Call Center is open from 7am-7pm CT. If you are scheduled during the week, you will work at our Bucktown office location. If you are scheduled to work on the weekends, you will work from a quiet home office setting. Please let us know your availability with your application. This is not a cold-call or telecommuting position!

Essential Qualifications:

• Able to answer, screen, and transfer inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills.
• Tech-savvy, and skilled in Word/Excel. Familiarity with Mac computer preferred.
• Must be able to work in an office setting during the week and from home on weekends, if needed, with fast internet in a quiet, uninterrupted space.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

What You'll be doing:

• Use VoIP software to receive and transfer inbound calls.
• Follow a flexible script and have a conversation with customers.
• Think on your feet.
• Accurately collect and type customer information.
• Respond to general email communication from customers.
• Basic office tasks that help the team accomplish its goals.
• Company projects as assigned outside the scope of inbound calls.
• Report to VP of Sales.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required. Some college or college degree preferred. Students welcome to apply.
• Previous sales, data entry, or inbound/outbound call center experience is a plus.
