Customer Success Manager

We are currently seeking a top performing Customer Success Manager with a proven track record driving results for marketers through the design and delivery of mobile marketing campaigns. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a value-add client relationship and for the quality and results of our cutting edge mobile marketing campaigns. The Customer Success Manager is a key driver in terms of the client relationship, and category strategy, project management, innovation, interpretation of results and subsequent recommendations that drive the business.
The top candidate will partner with the Senior Customer Success Manager and other senior team members to ensure the overall success of Vibes’ clients including consumer brands, premier television, cable & radio broadcasters, sports teams, media & entertainment companies, other agencies, and wireless carriers. Key to this role will be a passion for client service excellence, continuous improvement and the ability to provide innovative mobile marketing solutions that align with our clients’ goals & objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the key client contact and own short-term and long-term client service relationship and mobile marketing strategy for multiple accounts
- Develop and maintain account management communication and execution process independently for multiple clients including but not limited to: mobile marketing campaign design and execution, communication, and interpretation / presentation of results
- Execute mobile marketing campaign set-up, programming, monitoring and reporting
- Contribute to account and category growth by identifying new opportunities for mobile to drive client revenue
- Manage ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings/calls and provide exceptional follow up, written reports and presentations
- Deliver quality results in complex account and client scenarios including multiple accounts, first time clients, new product innovations, etc.
- Understand program statistics and identify most relevant and impactful quantitative data to add value and insight to accounts
- Assume active role in partnership with Sales in creating proposals and responding to RFPs
- Produce clear and concise writing in business communication as well as in detailing campaign/project results
- Ensure internal stakeholders including Product and Technology have the latest marketplace intelligence as well as ongoing customer feedback and requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years relevant client service experience in fast paced, digital marketing and/or advertising environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
- Proven success developing and maintaining superior client relationships, delivering results, and anticipating roadblocks
- Proven track record illustrating unique and compelling value proposition for clients and educating the customer on cutting edge technology enabled marketing and/or advertising solutions
- Demonstrated results utilizing internal project management and database systems
- Superior project management, communication and critical thinking skills
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proven track record juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
- Passion for innovation and efficiency: proven track record implementing internal process improvements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
- Professional, high-integrity, reliable, organized, driven and results-oriented
- Superior MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
